u2bAmp is a local music player for Android, developed by Flyka. Send questions or issues to support@flyka.ar.

Tell us what happened

Include phone model, Android version, u2bAmp version, screen, steps, expected result and actual result. Check screenshots for personal information before sending. For playback issues, start with the format and visible message.

Do not send songs, passwords, access codes, identity documents or your full library. We will ask for specific additional information if needed.

If your music does not appear

Check u2bAmp's media-access permission in Android settings. Names vary by phone and system version. Do not clear data or uninstall as your first step: you could lose settings, references and copies stored inside the app.

Purchases and Pro

The public launch plans Free and Pro through a one-time Google Play purchase. Availability is what the version and store display. Check the amount and Google account before paying. We do not request bank transfers or card details by email.

If a purchase or restoration fails, report the Play message and version; do not purchase again or clear data as a test. For refunds, use Google Play's process or contact support. The terms preserve your legal rights.

Privacy and deletion

Contact privacy@flyka.ar. Turning analytics off and requesting deletion of earlier data are separate actions. See the privacy policy and deletion instructions.

Test versions

Google Play invitations may be limited to authorized accounts. Open the link with the invited account. If an update will not install, report the message before removing your previous version. You do not need to send passwords or grant permissions unrelated to the app.
