u2bAmp terms of use
Effective 14 October 2026. Provider: Juan Pablo Navas, trading as Flyka. Contact: support@flyka.ar. Address: Avellaneda 206, postal code 1405, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. These terms apply to the Android app.
Service and license
u2bAmp plays and organizes music files. Available features and compatibility depend on the distributed version. We authorize you to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms, applicable mandatory rights and third-party licenses. No rights in the brand or third-party components are transferred.
Use content for which you have the necessary permissions. The app grants no rights to third-party songs, images or files. Do not use it to infringe rights or bypass security measures. Open-source licenses retain their own permissions and conditions.
Files and availability
Keep copies of important files. Clearing app data, reinstalling or changing permissions may affect settings, references and your library. Playlists, originals, imported copies, exports and backups are managed differently. Remote content availability and compatibility with all devices or formats are not guaranteed.
Free, Pro and purchases
The public launch plans a free base and the complete Pro upgrade through a one-time Google Play purchase. Actual availability is what the version and store display; publishing these terms does not enable purchases or set a launch date. The planned base price is US$2.99 for the first three months of public launch and US$4.99 afterwards. Google Play displays the local amount and applicable taxes before confirmation. The increase does not charge existing Pro purchasers again.
Only express purchase confirmation authorizes a charge; using Free or a trial does not. No subscription or future features are promised. Any trial's conditions must be shown before it begins. For purchase or restoration issues, contact support rather than buying again as a test. Refunds follow the available Google Play process and applicable legal rights, which these terms do not exclude.
Privacy and sensory use
The privacy policy describes data, providers, controls and rights. Accepting these terms does not mean accepting analytics. If you use light or vibration, read the usage notices and stop the feature if uncomfortable. Do not use distracting features during activities requiring attention.
Responsibility and changes
We do not promise an error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Material changes will be communicated with their date; where express acceptance is required, continued use does not replace it.
Argentine law applies without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence or access to the authorities or courts competent under those rules. Send questions or complaints to support@flyka.ar and data-rights requests to privacy@flyka.ar. Our internal initial-review target is two business days; it does not replace legal deadlines or guarantee resolution within that period.
