Request deletion of u2bAmp data
You can use u2bAmp without accepting usage analytics. If you previously accepted, turning it off stops future measurement but does not automatically delete earlier data.
Prepare your request
- In the app, open Information and privacy → Privacy.
- Select Request analytics deletion → Prepare request. The app disables analytics and prepares retained references for this installation. It does not delete music or send a message automatically.
- Copy the text and email privacy@flyka.ar, with the subject u2bAmp — analytics deletion.
Keep the text until your request is handled. Do not add songs, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary information. The reference helps locate analytics; it is not a password.
Without the app or reference
You can still email privacy@flyka.ar. Include a previous request reference if you kept one. Reinstalling or clearing data may lose the original reference. Your email alone does not identify every installation or guarantee that data can be located. We will explain what we can locate and any limitations.
Scope and handling
The request covers analytics associated with the supplied references. Receiving or submitting it to the provider does not establish completed deletion; we will communicate status separately. We do not promise instant deletion.
It does not delete music, playlists, exports, Android backups or your Google account. The procedure above handles app analytics; it is not a procedure for deleting a Google account or a Play purchase.
Controller: Juan Pablo Navas / Flyka. Juan handles privacy@flyka.ar; the internal initial-review target is two business days and does not replace legal deadlines. We may ask only for proportionate information to verify your request. See rights, retention and postal contact in the privacy policy.
Pro purchase and license data
Android versions of u2bAmp with purchases enabled use Google Play and RevenueCat to validate licenses, restore Pro and handle purchases and refunds. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous app identifier, purchase data and status, and transaction country or country inferred from the connection. License checks may connect even if you declined usage statistics. This integration does not send music or playlists. Play processes payment; u2bAmp does not receive your card number.
To ask about or request deletion of commercial data:
If you still have the installation and this feature is available, tap the logo or plan status, open Pro → Commercial data → Prepare commercial request, then choose Copy request. No purchase or restoration is needed. Paste the draft into an email to privacy@flyka.ar and send it manually. If copying fails, retry or select and copy the text on each page. The app does not send the message or delete data; preparing the reference does not activate Pro, change Trial or disable statistics. Keep the reference private: it helps locate the profile and does not establish ownership.
- Email privacy@flyka.ar, subject u2bAmp — purchase data, and describe what you want to access or delete.
- If you purchased, provide the Google Play order identifier and app name. Find your order in Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or Google's receipt email. Do not forward a full receipt or attach card details, passwords, identity documents or music.
- We will explain whether we can locate the profile, the proportionate verification needed and the scope before deletion. An order identifier helps locate data; it alone does not establish the requester's ownership.
You may still contact us if you never purchased, lost the order or no longer have the installation. Email or an analytics reference alone may not identify the commercial pseudonymous profile. We will explain what we can locate and any limits; we cannot promise to identify every installation using email.
We retain commercial data needed to manage the license and restoration while that relationship continues, subject to verified deletion requests and justified retention obligations. We will explain the basis and applicable period or criteria for any retained data. GA4's two months and the ordinary support case's 90 days do not determine purchase-data retention. Google's records follow Google's rules.
Deleting a RevenueCat profile does not request a refund, remove music, playlists, Firebase statistics, your Google account or Play records. It may affect license association. Restoring later may associate commercial data again; we do not promise instant removal from every provider copy. Receipt, execution, verified outcome and limitations will be communicated separately.
